The Mill Steakhouse + Spirits is the collaboration of brother and sister Dustin and Kate Lowry and executive Chef Alex Anton. Having a scratch-made and locally sourced restaurant in South Sound was something we wanted badly, so we opened one! It was important to us to design and create a dining experience that blends the finer dining you’d find in Seattle but with a casual laid-back atmosphere where families were welcome, while also providing a top-notch sports bar where all games could be enjoyed. We offer higher than USDA Prime beef and provide Wagyu steaks at prices more reasonably priced than a classic American-style steakhouse found in a metropolitan city. Serving fresh, scratch-made, American classics is what we’re about and we’re honored to bring you the best dining in the South Sound!
